Hi, I’m Amelia…
A certified NLP Practitioner and trained in mindset, work/life balance and confidence coaching. After becoming a busy mum myself, I spent years stuck in the yo‑yo dieting cycle. I tried every “start again on Monday” plan out there, but nothing ever lasted. Deep down I knew it wasn’t about willpower – it was about mindset and emotional patterns I had developed. My coaching is warm, practical and supportive. I’m here to help you understand why you’ve struggled in the past, shift the beliefs that are keeping you stuck, and build simple, sustainable habits that feel good – even on your busiest days.
